One of my 5 best dining experiences ever. From the delightfully eclectic menu, to the wonderful food preparation, to the the atmosphere to the service, attention to detail, respect for the customer and amazing culinary talent abound. I cannot think of better way for wife and I to have celebrated our anniversary.

I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant recently. It was my first time there and I found the prices unreasonably low, the quality and presentation excellent and the service top notch! Your mushroom soup was recommended to me and I enjoyed it immensely. The duck breast entree was lean, tasty and NOT greasy. The wine list is exceptional and well priced too! I am looking forward to my next experience at your restaurant and will recommend you to friends as well!

Johannes is without a doubt the top place in Palm Springs for dining. The Menu is delightful,interesting, not the usual “prime rib & chicken fare, my favorite has been the crispy duck, every time I go there I think I’ll try something else, but I just have to have my duck. Service is always a 10 with an attentive & friendly staff, who cater to every detail. I love the mix of clients who dine in Johannes, from Old Palm Springs, to people on their way to or from Coachella. It is always the place to bring guests, family, to dine or celebrate a special day. No one we’ve ever brought to Johannes has ever been unhappy, and it’s always place they want to go when they come back. Sometimes I think they only visit us in PS just so they can go to Johannes. 19+ on a scale of 1 to 10.

For over 10 years we have been dining at Johannes Restaurant. On every visit the food, presentation and service have been beyond reproach. We constantly take out of town guests and clients, all rave about the food and return on their next visit. Quoting from a popular rock and roll song SIMPLY THE BEST. Congrats to you and your staff.

I had an outstanding meal last night. Perfect service. I can’t get enough of the beet salad. It’s one of my favorites. I believe the ahi tuna tartare is the best I’ve ever tasted. The grass-fed beef tenderloin came with the perfect sauce and some very tasty spinach on the side. The perfect ending to the meal was your orange-cinammon chipotle chocolate mousse(that’s a mouthful, by the way!) and a brilliant lemon creme brulee. A nice double espresso sent me home very happy. Thank you Chef.
